House of Koa
From the team behind Supernova Land, House of Koa is an editorial platform designed to expand the reach of their real estate brand through a deeper exploration of lifestyle, travel, and home. Developed in close collaboration with the founding team, the first phase of the online journal involved the creation of nine longform articles—ranging from interviews to location-based travel writing—set in Hong Kong and Japan, each carefully tied back to Koa’s property offerings.
The project involved end-to-end content execution: photography, copywriting, editing, and proofreading, with a focus on crafting an emotionally resonant narrative around the idea of home as a place of adventure and harmony. Alongside written content, I assisted in photographing a curated collection of lifestyle objects including ceramics, candles, and apparel, as well as scouting and preparing locations.
This journal forms the foundation of a broader brand transformation, repositioning Koa from a traditional developer into a curator of aspirational living. The website and social media channels were reconceived to go beyond listings—highlighting surrounding neighbourhoods, seasonal rituals, and cultural details—shaping a digital presence that invites readers to envision not just where they might live, but how.
