Following our ongoing collaboration with Supernova Land, we partnered with them once again for the launch of Koa Fifty-Two, their first property in Hong Kong. Building on their brand philosophy of “Adventure and Harmony,” we were tasked with developing a website and property brochure that moved beyond the conventions of traditional real estate marketing.

Koa Fifty-Two is a bespoke reinterpretation of the classic Tong Lau 唐樓, crafted for the urban explorer with a taste for curated interiors and strong visual identity. The property blends considered design, craftsmanship, and urban warmth—qualities we aimed to reflect in every aspect of the brand experience. To bring this vision to life, we redefined the property’s value proposition and shifted the visual language to present a more distinctive and contemporary character.

For the website, we focused on clarity, refinement, and utility—creating a digital experience that serves both as an introduction to the brand and a functional tool for potential tenants and buyers. Rather than following the typical structure of a property site, we introduced an editorial-led format that features dedicated pages for residential, office, and retail units. Each section highlights the unique qualities of the building, from its architectural details and interior finishes to its surrounding food and cultural offerings.

The final outcome is a modern, responsive site that feels personal and editorial, yet remains practical and easy to navigate. By combining elegant typography, interactive layouts, and carefully curated content, we created a user experience that stands apart in a competitive local market—one that reflects both the individuality of the property and the ambition of its developers.
