Having first been engaged to align the digital presence with the evolving brand strategy, we led the redesign of the Koa Niseko website as part of a broader repositioning initiative for the House of Koa. The aim was to move beyond a traditional property listing platform and instead craft an immersive experience that captures the brand’s dual emphasis on Adventure and Harmony. Koa Niseko is a collection of fully furnished luxury villas and townhouses in Upper Higashiyama, Japan, situated just minutes from the ski lifts. The development was awarded Best Residential Development in Japan by the Asia Pacific Property Awards, and the new website was conceived to reflect that level of prestige—both in content and in execution.

The project involved a comprehensive rework of the site’s typography, colour palette and layout system, all adapted to express the brand’s visual identity more cohesively. Considerable attention was given to presenting not just the properties, but the lifestyle they represent. Maps, curated photography, and seasonal activity highlights were introduced to communicate the character of the area, while estate plans, virtual walkthroughs, and a booking system ensured clarity and utility for potential buyers.

This approach extended beyond the website. We currently oversee Koa Niseko’s social media presence to ensure visual and tonal consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing a unified and aspirational image of life at Koa Niseko.
