Building on a long-standing creative partnership across projects including Koa Fifty-Two, House of Koa and Koa Super Villas, Creative ANKR was commissioned to redefine Supernova Land’s digital presence.

The website revamp presents the property group as a modern, design-led developer with the experience and rigour to deliver exceptional residential assets from concept through to long-term stewardship. Our approach balances corporate credibility with a refined visual sensibility—moving away from the conventional, overly commercial language of property development without becoming overly editorial.

Inspired by the same attention to craft, materiality and detail found throughout Supernova Land’s portfolio, the website uses restrained typography, generous white space and an image-led project showcase to create a calm yet distinctive experience. A structured information hierarchy clearly communicates the group’s integrated capabilities, established portfolio and long-term vision to investors, partners and prospective collaborators.

Developed in Framer, the site incorporates considered transitions, subtle motion and responsive interactions that bring greater depth to the experience while preserving its minimalist character.
